Chairman enjoying her role as a Volunteer with Sight Concern

Chairman Fran Webb is enjoying her role as a Volunteer with Sight Concern at their Evesham Social Group. The group meets the third Tuesday of each month 1.30-3.30 in the Community Hall at the rear of St Egwins Catholic Church, High Street, Evesham.
Free car parking is available for the Hall and can be accessed via St Egwins Road. Attending the group gives Fran the opportunity to talk about Evesham Talking Newspaper as well as meeting new and existing listeners, and of course enjoy tea and cake.
Advisor Jenny Douglas was present at the February meeting and brought with her many items designed to help those with sight issues. "I was amazed by all the aids available," said Fran who is really looking forward to the March meeting when Ash, Sight Concern's technology advisor will be present. Anyone with a sight disability will be helped greatly by coming along.
Next meeting Tuesday 21st March.
