Sight Concern Rebranded


The Worcestershire Sight Loss Charity Sight Concern has changed its name to Sensory Matters and now offers help, information and support with Hearing Loss in addition to Sight Loss advice to its clients.
The first Hearing Needs Cafe was held on Monday 28th April between 1pm-2.45pm at Drakes Broughton Village Hall where hearing loss advisors were on hand with information and advice for visitors on where to access help across the Wychavon area. Hearing Dogs for the Deaf and Healthwatch Worcestershire were also present.
The next Hearing Needs Cafe is on Monday, 19th May 1pm-2.45pm at Drakes Broughton Village Hall. Advisors will be on hand with lots of advice, help and information. Hearing Link Services and Hereford & Worcestershire Fire & Rescue Service will also be present offering safety advice for those with a disability. It is hoped to bring the Hearing Needs Cafe to Evesham in the future.
