VTN Volunteers Knit Poppies for Remembrance Day

VTN are proud to support Remembrance Day, which this year will take place on Tuesday the 11th of November. Our Volunteers have supported Cavendish Park Care Home for a second year by knitting poppies to be used in their display which last year was beautiful. This year they're promising something even more spectacular with a display suspended from a 1st floor balcony.

This week Fran Webb was delighted to deliver the poppies to the Home where an army of Volunteers have already begun the task of attaching poppies to a huge 5 metre piece of netting.
